Networks USA is a buyer in the $5M to $25M range.  We will also purchase property subject to existing debt including zero cash flow deals priced aggressively.  All leases should require minimal Landlord responsibility. Lease terms of 15 to 20 years terms are  preferred. Shorter term leases may be considered if the locations are outstanding.  Locations: Networks USA will continue to look at properties nationwide. Networks USA specializes in free-standing Retail, Fast-food, Medical Buildings, Drug stores, single tenant office buildings. With over 350 properties purchased and developed we are always willing to think inside and outside of the box to get deals done. We are looking to buy: Our business model is to seek credit. We will continue to focus on retail properties but own office buildings and even call centers. If a tenant has good and bankable credit we will purchase properly leased to them or will "build to suit". We have built and developed over 75 properties for our own account and are no strangers to construction. We have suspended the purchase of Walgreens Drugstores at this time.
