Our current target deal size is at least $3
Million to $25 Million per property in
major markets.
We will purchase properties with debt in
place and assume non-recourse loans.
We focus solely on NNN (triple net)
properties or NN (double net) properties.
We seek at least 15 year projects.
Our main focus is single tenant retail in
primary markets. We will buy property
with or without debt.
We buy commercial real estate projects
leased to companies in the medical
industry such as Walgreens, CVS, Rite
Aid, Major free standing fast-food, Dollar
stores, bank branches and other retail.
